PRODUCT REFUND POLICY:
If you decide that any of our products or services aren’t 100% satisfactory to your needs, remember you are protected by our 100% Satisfaction 30 DAYS Guarantee. NOTE: Shipping back single or multiple items of the same product that are empty, opened or half-consumed will not qualify you for a refund.

2PACKS & 3PACK AND MULTIPLE ITEMS REFUND POLICY:
If you place an order for a multiple of ONE PRODUCT like a 3 pack or 6 pack, etc, you are expected to return the unopened containers at your expense to receive a refund. International clients have 30 days from the date the order was confirmed as delivered to receive a refund. The same rules as above apply.
FREE SHIPPING (USA ORDERS ONLY)
We offer free shipping (above $75) in the United States. UPS and USPS are the preferred carriers. Transit time: Delivery averages between 3-5 business days. This can be longer at times.
FedEx and USPS are offered for international orders and tracking on all services are available. Cross-border shipments must go through the customs security measures. The customs bureau of every country has the right to stop any shipment and charge a fee. H-BOSS.com is not responsible for any customs fees that you may incur. This is your responsibility. The shipping cost that you paid does not include any customs or export fees. Transit time for international orders varies. It could take anywhere from 2-6 weeks, or longer, depending on the country’s rules and regulations. This is out of our control.
Orders that reached the warehouse cannot be canceled. It is your responsibility to make sure the address and products you are ordering are correctly entered before submitting the order form. The transaction fees and shipping costs are not refundable.
Orders that come back to our warehouse as undelivered, will get contacted and given the option to reship to a different address or get a refund. Those two options are only available for orders shipped within the United States. For International Orders that are returned, they will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
H-BOSS is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages by UPS or USPS. We will, however, assist customer to fill the tight forms to contact these carriers.
H-BOSS SUPPLEMENTS CLUB MEMBERSHIP (SUBSCRIPTION):
If you are signed up for a Subscribe & Save order, your credit card will be billed and the order will be shipped on the same day the order is set to process. You can update your Subscribe & Save schedule or make any changes to the order in your online account. You can cancel this schedule at any time. If you wish to cancel your monthly Supplements CLUB subscription, please access your account and manage your membership(s) at www.H-BOSS.com. Remember, if you cancel your H-BOSS Supplements CLUB Membership you will abandon your discounted CLUB pricing on any & all H-BOSS Supplements. You can also send us an email to email@example.com
H-BOSS.COM AND THYROIDBOSS.COM SERVICE MEMBERSHIP REFUND POLICY:
For this MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM i.e. "Thyroid Boss Diet", "Thyroid Root Cause", "SILVER" "GOLD" "CLUB", "Women's Community", or "Health Membership", to be successful, You need to invest in you, including committing to the steps of the membership program through the duration of the program. Because we, H-BOSS, and You – are All In, there will be no refunds for any reason for the services we provide. "100% Satisfaction 30 DAYS Guarantee" promise above, therefore applies only to the products and not to the membership programs. There will be no refunds for any reason, even if you have paid for the entire year upfront. If you decide to disengage from the Membership program for any reason, you will remain liable for the entire amount, including monthly payments for the entire 12-month term.
